The "Better Together" internal video series was developed to enhance communication, foster innovation, and highlight key updates within a leading general contractor's Southeast Region. This series brought together stories from across multiple job sites, spotlighting everything from employee achievements to groundbreaking innovations. Our goal was to keep the workforce informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's core values of safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The project utilized dynamic video content to deliver messages efficiently across the region's workforce. Over 200+ episodes were filmed. I handled all responsibilities and completed over 75+ episodes in the 2 years I ran the series.

The "Better Together" series covered a wide range of topics important to the construction industry, including:
